| Customer Reviews: I am happy I bought this watch June 12, 2010 Lawrence A. Reeves (Bethesda, MD United States) When I got this watch, I, too, had some trouble. Second hand movement indicated low battery. Instead of returning this watch, I took it to a watchmaker who changed the battery. It cost me $15.50.
As best I tell, this watch has been accurate to the second since I got it back. It is a very nice looking watch, and seems very sturdy on my wrist. I gave it four stars because of the initial trouble I had, otherwise it would get a five from me!
Didn't Run, I Returned It March 14, 2010 Critical Critic (Orange County, CA) When I spend $2K on a watch, I expect it to run when I get it. Perhaps the battery was dead, but I wasn't interested in paying to find out. I returned the watch the same day it arrived.
On the up side, the Amazon return was easy and Amazon promptly credited back the purchase price to my credit card.
Beautiful Watch, but did not work March 7, 2010 Lydia (Richmond, VA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had high hopes for this watch, as it was a special gift for my husband and was a good price. However, when I received it it did not operate - the warranty included was with a third party that you would have to pay to insure it to, mail it out, and pay a $10.00 fee for any service. Omega did not warranty the watch. Since we did not know what was wrong with it, it was returned. For that price, I would expect the watch to be in running condition when received.
Excellent time piece September 11, 2008 William Ball (Knoxville, TN) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I originally purchased this watch nearly 10 years ago, and I also have several other Omegas in my watch collection. This was my first luxury watch, and I paid more than $2500 10 years ago. Battery life has been great, time keeping great, and overall satisfaction excellent. Very nice fit and an impressive item.
Great Watch, but no warranty! June 27, 2007 Jerry Orback 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
One of Omega's answer to the Rolex/Datejust model, except, it keeps better time, looks more modern, is a better value and has better looking 18K gold highlights. I only wish the second's hand would hit the marks better and it had some kind of warranty.
