Beware of a lack of quality control. I purchased these as a replacement pair for Allson jeans I purchased elsewhere and was happy with. Unfortunately, I didn't slip them on until after the 30-day return period. These are the highest rise jeans I have ever seen, goes 3-4" above natural waste (I'm 5'6", these would be suitable for 6' plus). They actually look like bad cartoon pants. In addition, the legs are cut as straight leg not boot cut. Nothing at all like my original Allison. Learned my lesson: trust but verify before 30 days.

The first time I bought these Allyson GV jeans was when they were sold at Kohl's, but they no longer carry this GV style. I'm thrilled to now find them on Amazon!!! I used to buy the Amanda GV style (ie. straight leg), because I like jeans that sit at my waist - but once I tried on one of these Allyson GV style jeans, I've never bought any other since!! These jeans also sit at the waist but they are boot-cut (and with the spandex) create such a slender look on me - it's fabulous! I can hardly believe I'm looking at myself, and all my friends think I have lost a lot of weight! One warning: do not put these jeans in the dryer, as they really shrink when you do. Washing in cold water, and hanging to dry, there's no problem. Also, be sure to wash them inside out to maintain the color. Another note: for the color black I had to buy one size larger than in the other colors, maybe because the black jeans have 1% less spandex than the other colors. Try these - you won't be sorry!!

Vanderbilt Allyson Perfect Fit? They run one size larger than the other Vanderbilt jeans sizes. Other than that, a perfect fit for those who have a little more figure than the twigs.

Don't like cut. Dont care for Amanda either . If you were a fan of the Gloria Vanderbilt Giselle ( which was discontinued)cut I bet you will not like these. I returned this item... Going to look elsewhere. I miss the Giselle.

The Allyson jeans are the best fitting jeans I have ever worn. In another reveiw I called then Ashlee, but the name is Allyson. I can't find them any where now except on-line. Usually if I get a jean that fits my waist comfy then they are huge everywhere else. These fit perfect. Not too big or too tight in the leg. I also bought one size smaller so you might want to keep that in mind since they are stretch. Going to order more!!
